This policy explains what Blue Collar Web Crew, a trade name of AIKitchenUSA LLC collects on bluecollarwebcrew.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, business name, email, phone, trade and current website.
- Checkout details: when you sign up, Stripe collects your payment details on its own secure page. We see your name, email, phone, business name, plan and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider handles your IP address to deliver the site and to block spam (for example, limiting how many times a form can be sent in an hour).
We don't use advertising trackers or sell anything about you.
How we use it
- To reply to you and build your free preview.
- To set up, bill and support your plan.
- To send emails about your account and your website. Marketing emails always have an unsubscribe link.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments) and our email delivery provider. They handle data only to provide their service to us. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep form and client records while we work together and as long as needed for billing, tax and legal records. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.
Your choices
Email hello@bluecollarwebcrew.com to see, correct or delete your information, or reply "stop" to any email to stop getting them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
